There were voices that said, these are the official pictures from the 149, but these voices are untrue. Just think about what would Alfa do in the next one and a half year, untill the official premiere?! But the creator made a good job, and this is far-far the best picture ever created from the car.

It's easy to detect the MiTo's and 159's details on the car, but we can catch some lines from the Bravo too. For example the headlights and front bumpers are mainly the same as the MiTo has, the doorhandles, and wheels are from the 159, the main lines are familiar from the Bravo.

Only some things are facts about the newcommer, and these facts are mainly gainsaid by Alfa CEO Luca de Meo. Some weeks ago it seemed, that the new Alfa would be underpinned by the Bravo's floor panel, but de Meo after the MiTo premiere said, that the 149 will get a new floor panel. The engine range will be include only turbocharged engines - as in the MiTo's - from 1.4 to 1.8 litre's of displacement and 120-250 HPs.

It's name is a big query too, beacuse Alfa find out, that they will return to the talking names, instead of numbers. News sais, that Alfa would use the Furiosa. This name was the winner of the Alfa naming, but it's unlikely to use this name.
