This super sports-coupe mainly similar to 8C Competizione was produced as a single item, with a revised version of 4.7 litre engine of 8C. Its German procurer is a collector who would like to use the vehicle as a competition car.
Considering the pictures it is evident that TZ3 is the descendant of TZ1 and TZ2, its front and rear sections are highly similar to the ancestor: headlights from big eyes, scudetto is situated at a low position, bonnet is quite flat, there is the Zagato-speciality black lining at the rear and tail lights are rounded. Aluminium chassis slightly differs from 8C-version, the classic Zagato TZ solution of slanting from tail ordered a totally different design.
Images taken at the official première revealed the scale of the car. Dealing with this aspect, new TZ is really a TZ with long and flat nose, and short high rear sections as any of Zagato types.
Chassis of the car is fully made of aluminium thus curb weight is just 850 kgs, with the usage of V8 420 HP engine ratio of HP/weight is 2.02. Due to this, acceleration to 100 km/h can be managed during 3.5 seconds with 300 km/h top-speed.
