As we getting closer to the official premiere in Geneva, more and more information are published. This time the blog, Progetto955.it published a possible engine line-up and two new pictures.

These photos were taken probably at the court of the Pomigliano-based factory, but unfortunately the babyAlfa is hidden by a red veil, but some details can be taken out of it.

One of these details is, the blowing up of the rear part. The other conspicuous detail is the Fiat Bravo-like rear, plastic fake diffuser, and the exhaust pipe, which has a bit strange design to other Alfas. For the first sight, Junior has a quite wide rear end.
Although in the front only the fog lights can be seen, the tightening veil suggests a bit more. It seems, that Junior will have mainly the same scudetto, as the 159/Brera has, and the lights will be almond-shaped. The geometric proportion is unknown, these pictures are too bad, to decide it.

Some teaser pictures were published also at the blog. These pictures were probably made for a brochure, so they aren't show lots of things, but the doorhandle, the mirrors and the scuddeto's shapes are recognizeable. The exhaust pipe is very different from the one, seen in the last pictures.

Beside the pictures, an engine line-up was published, but it can’t be taken for granted. Most of the list consists of the 1.4 litre engine and its versions. The basic units will be the well-known 16 valve one, with 95 HP, and the 1.4 Multiair, with 105 horses. All of these engines will have a turbocharged version. Former will have 155, latter will have 135 and 165 HP. The top engine will be the 1.8 T-jet with 230 HP, and the only diesel unit will be the just-introduced 1.6 litre, 120 Hp MJet engine.
With the exception of the basic engine, all units will be combined with a 6 speed manual or automatic gearbox.

1.4 95 HP, 5 speed manual gearbox
1.4 Multiair 105 HP, 6 speed manual gearbox
1.4 T-jet Multiair 135 HP, 6 speed manual or automatic gearbox
1.4 T-jet 155 HP, 6 speed manual gearbox
1.4 T-jet Multiair 165 HP, 6 speed manual or automatic gearbox
1.8 T-jet 230 HP (GTA), 6 speed manual gearbox
1.6 M-jet 120 HP

It will be a car from metal or from paper?!?!?! I'm not interested in a car which is made from paper, it's not giving for me the impression what I feel when I see a real car.
